Istanbul. Turkey . Part I
This past spring, V. and I were supposed to travel to Istanbul together but unfortunately, our plans changed when we found out she was pregnant and the little one, while brewing inside, started to make her tummy turn! We were about to cancel the trip entirely but V. insisted that I go. In turn, I promised that we'd make it back there together one day with the little one in tow.
I had lived in Istanbul for a few months as a student studying architecture abroad - that was about 14 years ago! It was incredible to return and see just how much the city changed.
